Shipping & Returns Policy

Thank you for choosing our Ayurvedic remedies. We are committed to delivering your order quickly, safely, and efficiently.

Domestic Shipping (India)

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed and shipped within 3 business days from the date of purchase.

  • Delivery Time: Estimated delivery within 7 business days from the date of dispatch.

  • Shipping Charges: Free shipping on all orders across India.

  • Bulk & Custom Orders: Bulk or customized orders may require additional processing time. You will be informed of expected shipping timelines at the time of order.

International Shipping

  • We currently offer international shipping to select countries.

  • Shipping Fee: A flat ₹1700 international shipping charge applies to all orders.

  • Delivery Time: International shipping times vary by destination. You will receive a tracking number and estimated delivery window after dispatch.

  • Customs & Duties: Customers are responsible for any customs, import duties, or taxes that may apply in their country.

Product Handling & Shipping Restrictions

Our Ayurvedic oils are packaged carefully to prevent leakage and maintain product integrity.

  • Climate Sensitivity: Ayurvedic oils may be sensitive to extreme heat. Please store products in a cool, dry place after delivery.

  • Shipping Precautions: Orders are packed securely; however, if leakage or breakage occurs during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos for resolution.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of Ayurvedic personal care products, we currently do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product is damaged, defective, or the wrong item was sent.

Eligible Return Cases:

  • Item received is damaged or leaked

  • Wrong item delivered

  • Product is defective or expired on arrival

To be eligible:

  1. Contact us at megha16bansal@gmail.comwithin 48 hours of receiving the product.

  2. Provide your order number and photos of the item and packaging.

  3. If approved, a replacement will be shipped or store credit issued.

We do not accept returns for reasons such as change of mind, allergy concerns after use, or dislike of scent/texture.
