- This policy applies to all energy healing ayurvedic products sold by us within India.
- Due to hygiene, safety, and efficacy considerations, and the tamper‑evident nature of our packaging, all sales are final.
- Strictly No Returns or Exchanges
- We do not accept returns or exchanges once an order is delivered.
- Any product with a tamper‑evident seal that is opened, broken, or altered in any way is strictly non‑returnable and not eligible for exchange.
- Pre‑Purchase Support (Photos, Videos, Concierge)
- To help you make an informed decision, customers can request product photos/videos or speak to our concierge before purchase.

- Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item on Delivery
- While returns are not accepted, if you receive a product that is damaged in transit, defective, or not what you ordered, notify us within 24–48 hours of delivery for evaluation.
- What to send us within the 24–48 hour window:
- Order ID and invoice copy
- Unboxing video clearly showing the unopened parcel, shipping label, seal condition, and the issue
- Clear photos of the outer box, inner packaging, product, batch/lot number, and the defect/damage
- Important:
- Do not open or use the product if you notice damage/wrong item upon delivery; opening the seal will void any claim.
- Keep all original packaging, labels, and accessories.
- Resolution:
- If your claim is approved, we will offer a like‑for‑like replacement or, if a replacement is unavailable, a refund to the original payment method.
- Items sent back without prior approval will be refused.
- Cancellations
- Cancellation is permitted only before dispatch.
- Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled. Refusal on delivery may incur two‑way logistics charges.
- Refund Timelines (If Approved)
- For approved cases where replacement is not possible, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after confirmation.
- Bank/issuer processing times may vary.
- Products Not Eligible Under Any Circumstances
- Opened, used, or seal‑tampered products
- Items without original packaging, labels, or missing accessories/freebies
- Sale/discounted items, gift cards, or promotional bundles (unless legally defective)
- Compliance and Consumer Rights (India)
- This policy is framed in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and applicable rules including the Consumer Protection (E‑Commerce) Rules, 2020.
- Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights in India regarding products that are defective, deficient in quality, or not as advertised. Approved remedies for such cases are handled as per Section 4 above.
